Apart from the few that don’t bring cake (can you believe it), everyone here is upbeat, intellectually challenging and positive individuals which makes the time pass quickly. On a serious note, what makes Capitec Bank stand out above the rest of the companies I have worked for, is the work ethic, the drive to achieve the best and the scenery (Stellies is beautiful).
