| Requirements: |
- Grade 12
- Experience in financial/retail/client service environment, preferably as a manager
- Good general knowledge of payment systems, client profiles and arrears follow-up procedures
- Fluent communication skills in English, with the ability to speak and understand an African language preferred
- Computer skills (Ms Office)
- Strong client service and administrative orientation
- Analysing and diagnosing skills
- Decision making skills
- Action orientation
- Planning, organising and implementation skills
- The ability to delegate tasks, coach and support, motivate and energise, and offer structure and guidance to team members
- Sound business acumen
- Meeting the minimum requirements on psychometric assessments
- Clear criminal/credit record
- Code 08 license and own transport
