| Purpose of the role: |
Maintaining and analysing Rules Engine data. Interpreting business intelligence requirements and translation into knowledge delivery, building and maintaining technical business intelligence delivery tools as well as providing ongoing technical and analytical support to increase the company's overall profitability and efficiency.

| Requirements: |
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in BSc Informatics or equivalent
- Knowledge of Strategy Management Generation 3/ SDS advantageous
- Credit, innovation/decision support/analytics or IT on equivalent rules engines would be pre-requisites
- Extensive experience in data analysis/information management/knowledge management/statistical analysis/data mining and/or predictive modeling utilising a data warehouse and flat file structures
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Project management methodologies
- Investigating , analysing design and deliver business solutions
- Basel II
- National Credit Act (NCA)
- Retail credit risk management environment
- Programming
- Advanced MS Excel / Access skill essential
- Hands-on communication ability to wider operations (written and verbal)
- Structured thinking and approach
- Attention to detail
- Clear criminal and credit record
