Purpose: Capitec Bank is looking for an energetic individual to join the training team. The successful individual will be highly enthusiastic & willing to go the extra mile to create the ideal learning environment for new Capitec Bank employees.
   
Job Description:
  • Facilitate operational workshops for new employees
  • Create & maintain a excellent learning environment & performance culture
  • Coaching delegates on skills, knowledge & behaviour required for OPS positions
  • Continuous maintenance and updating of training material
  • Evaluate and provide feedback with regards to efficiency of the training programs
   
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years Training facilitation experience
  • An appropriate tertiary qualification (diploma, certificate in HR / higher learning)
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Creative & innovative thinker
  • High levels of energy & enthusiasm
  • Strategic thinker & problem solver
  • Systematic thinker focused on development of people through continuous learning
  • Knowledge of training principles / methods
  • Ideally knowledge of training material development
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
