- Facilitate operational workshops for new employees
- Create & maintain a excellent learning environment & performance culture
- Coaching delegates on skills, knowledge & behaviour required for OPS positions
- Continuous maintenance and updating of training material
- Evaluate and provide feedback with regards to efficiency of the training programs

| Requirements: |
- 2-3 years Training facilitation experience
- An appropriate tertiary qualification (diploma, certificate in HR / higher learning)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Creative & innovative thinker
- High levels of energy & enthusiasm
- Strategic thinker & problem solver
- Systematic thinker focused on development of people through continuous learning
- Knowledge of training principles / methods
- Ideally knowledge of training material development
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
