Switch in 4 Easy Steps

If you’re already a Capitec Bank client, start at Step 2.

1. Get Global One

Visit your nearest Capitec Bank branch with an identification document and original proof of
residential address.

2. Switch your debit orders so your accounts are paid on time

Download this Debit Order Switch Authorisation form and complete it. Return the form and your latest
bank statement to us by email (conversions@capitecbank.co.za), fax (021 941 0716) or by handing it in
at your nearest Capitec Bank branch.

3. Give your new Capitec Bank account details to your employer

Download this Salary Switch Request form, complete it and hand to your employer/HR
department. Alternatively, return it to us by email (conversions@capitecbank.co.za),
fax (021 941 0716) or by handing it in at your nearest Capitec Bank branch.

4. We'll contact you

After receiving your signed Debit Order Switch Authorisation form, we’ll keep you updated on the
progress of your switch.
