Debit Card Purchases
You'll pay zero transaction fees for debit card purchases at outlets that accept card payments anywhere in South Africa. Simply swipe your Global One card to pay for your goods instead of drawing cash and save! It's more than just a convenient solution. Visiting an ATM and carrying cash on you is not the safest option and now it's no longer necessary.
Cash Withdrawals
Tills are the new ATMs, so to make life even easier we have agreements with the following retailers allowing you to draw cash:
- Pick n Pay
- Boxer
We also have agreements with the following retailers allowing you to do cashback transactions (cash withdrawals with your purchases):

- Checkers

The Global One Facility
Branch Hours
Minimum branch hours
Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday: 8am – 1pm
Sunday: 10am – 2pm (selected branches)
Closed on public holidays.
Please note that some of our branches open at 8:30am on mid-month Wednesdays due to training.
Certain peak days
7am – 7pm, for clients who can't make it to the bank during regular hours.
Our branches in malls follow mall trading hours.
