At a Capitec ATM:

1. Visit any Capitec ATM
2. Select Cardless Services
3. Select Collect Cash
4. Enter your 10-digit reference number
5. Enter your secret code
6. Collect your cash

At a retailer:

1. Visit any Ackermans, PEP, PEP HOME, PEP CELL, Pick n Pay, Boxer, Checkers, Usave or Shoprite
2. Tell the teller that you have a cash transfer from a Capitec client
3. Provide your reference number and secret code
4. The teller will give you your cash
