You can now apply for a Smart ID replacement in selected branches. The process is quick, simple and done in person because we capture your photo, fingerprints and signature in branch.

Yes. You pay for your Smart ID using a bank account with us.
If you don’t have an account, we can help you open one in branch. Once the account is active and has a positive balance, you can continue with your Smart ID application.
No. You don’t need to bring documents with you.
If you’re opening an account during your visit, bring your green ID book to help us verify your details.
The application needs to be completed in person because your photo, fingerprints and signature will be captured in branch.
