How we’re helping to keep you safe
For your safety, we’ve added a new app feature that lets you verify whether you’re on a call with us or a potential scammer.
How does it work?
Getting a call that sounds like it’s from us? Sign in on our app and look for a banner at the top of the screen.
If we're on a call with you, the banner will be green and will include the name of the agent you’re speaking with. If we can't verify the call, the banner will be red.
- If we can't verify the call, hang up immediately and call us using the in-app calling feature
- Don't believe anyone who says the banner isn't working
- Only answer calls from us on your phone with our app installed and active – don’t let anyone convince you to take their call on another phone
Remember, we will never ask you to:
- Do a send cash or voucher transaction
- Access the Transact menu on our app
- Create a beneficiary
- Give your personal information, PINs or card details
