SkyQR is a tool that helps you check whether the information on a document such as a bank statement, proof of account or proof of payment is authentic and hasn’t been changed.

When you scan the SkyQR code using the SkyQR app, the code is securely decrypted, and the original document information is shown on your device.

You can then compare these details with the information on the document you received. If anything doesn’t match, it may be a sign that the document has been changed or is not genuine.

SkyQR is free if you want to verify proof of account and proof of payment documents.
There is a fee if you choose to validate a bank statement.

No. Anyone with the app can use SkyQR to verify document authenticity. You can download the app on the Google Play Store or Apple Play Store.

You need to manually verify the information. This can take 3 to 5 minutes.

The information is only stored on your personal device. It isn’t accessible by SkyQR.

SkyQR supports PDF, PNG and JPEG files. Make sure your document or QR code is clear for best results.
