Pay back rewards is a 6-month programme that rewards you with a cash payout for paying your credit on time every month.

To participate in the rewards programme, you need to have been pre-selected by us, made a payment arrangement, and have an active Live Better account.

Your reward is paid into your Live Better savings once you’ve successfully completed the programme.

To get the pay back reward, you need to:

  • Be pre-selected by us
  • Pay all your agreed instalments on time for 6 months
  • Have an active Live Better account to receive your cash payout

Yes, you can be disqualified from the pay back rewards programme if you:

  • Miss a repayment on any of your credit products during the 6 months
  • Apply for debt review
  • Are placed under administration or your estate is sequestrated
  • Take up any other credit repayment arrangements with us

To get your reward, you need to make all repayments in full and on time throughout the 6 months and have an active Live Better account.

If you make all your repayments on time during the 6 months, your reward will be paid into your Live Better savings on the 10th of the month after your final repayment.

Example: If your last payment is in August, your reward will be paid on 10 September.

You get one reward payout after paying all your repayments on time for 6 consecutive months.

No, your reward is a fixed amount. You won’t receive additional rewards if you pay extra.

Yes, if you settle your full balance before the 6-month programme ends, you’ll get your pay back reward on the next Live Better day.

No, to get your reward, all your repayments must be made in full and on time.

If you miss a payment, you’ll be disqualified from the pay back rewards programme.

No, if you miss a payment or change your payment arrangement, you won’t qualify for the pay back reward.
