About the Izindaba Scheme

We launched the Izindaba Ezinhle Employee Empowerment Share Scheme (Izindaba Scheme) in 2022 to recognise and reward qualifying employees through share ownership.

A total of 10 444 employees with at least 3 continuous years of service participated in the scheme. 

Latest participant communication

On 22 May 2026, Computershare sent an email to all participants registered personal email addresses.

The email included:

  • Your latest loan statement
  • Steps to register on the Computershare Platform
  • A guide to using the platform
  • Your unique U-Reference Number and registered email address
