- Confirm your payment with biometrics or your PIN
How to send money to non-account holders
Need to send money to someone without a bank account? You can do that with Send Cash.
Here’s how:
- Sign in on our app and tap Transact
- Tap Send Cash
- Enter the payment amount and choose a 4-digit secret code
- Tap Confirm Payment
- Tap Share Reference Number to send it to your recipient
The person receiving the money can collect it at any Capitec ATM or one of our partner retailers – all they need is the reference number and 4-digit code.
