If your Main Account card gets jammed, lost or stolen, call us immediately on 0860 10 20 43 to report it.

Have your card ready in your hand before you get to the ATM
Cover the pinpad with your hand and don't let anyone see you entering your PIN
Be alert if strangers offer to help you and don't get distracted, even if you're struggling with the transaction
Cover the card slot with your hand if someone distracts you after you put your card into the ATM
Don't use the ATM if there are suspicious-looking people nearby
Don't use the ATM if the area's poorly lit
Don't use it if you think it has been tampered with
If the ATM's not working as it should press the Cancel button, take your card and go to another ATM
Take your time to finish your transaction and put your card and cash in your wallet, handbag or pocket before leaving
Ask our ATM assistant for help if you need it
Always make sure that the card returned to you is your card
If your card is lost or stolen, you can use our app to stop the card
