Your virtual card is the ultimate in digital convenience, and it’s waiting for you on our app. It’s specially designed for safer online shopping and scan to pay purchases. You can also load it to your Apple, Google or Samsung Wallet to make purchases in store, or on all your favourite apps like Uber, Netflix, Takealot and MrD for quick and seamless payments.

How it works

You can add up to 5 virtual cards and manage them straight from our app.

Your virtual cards are not duplicates of your physical cards. Your virtual debit cards are linked to your main account or savings accounts, and your virtual credit card is linked to your credit card account. Each card has its own card number and CVV, securely stored in-app for quick, secure access.

They’re free to download, with no virtual card fees. And because they are stored in the app, they’re safer than a physical card – and you don’t have to visit a branch to fetch them.

Use any of your virtual cards as your default payment method, or enter the card details at checkout.

Tip: You can flip your virtual card to see your card details on the back for easy access

How to activate your virtual card 

1. Sign in and tap Cards on the app landing screen
2. Tap the Virtual tab in the top-right of the screen
3. Tap Add Virtual Card then follow the activation steps to complete
