Tshegofatso Mojela works in Johannesburg’s fast-paced hospitality industry. “Since I was a kid growing up in Soweto, I’ve always had big dreams. I dream of being a leader in my field, the best version of myself,” he says.
To achieve that, Tshegofatso wanted to advance his career. “Everyone is trying to hustle to better their career and business,” he says. But he realised that he needed more than just experience on the job; he also needed further education.
