Our clients rated us highly for our communication and digital banking experience – clear proof that simple, affordable and accessible banking continues to make an impact where it matters most.
In the News24 reader survey, more than 93% of our participating clients gave us a rating of either 4 or 5 out of 5 for client service and communication.
The survey also found that more than 9 out of 10 participants would recommend us to friends and family – a testament to trust at scale.
