Your credit insurance is moving to Capitec Life Limited

What’s changing?

All of our credit insurance policies underwritten by Guardrisk Life Limited, will be transferred to Capitec Life Limited as part of a business transaction concluded between these insurers. This proposed transfer will only take place once the Prudential Authority approves it.

How does this affect clients with credit insurance?

You don't need to do anything. If you have credit insurance with us, your cover will automatically continue and your monthly payment amount and benefits will stay 
the same.
After the Prudential Authority approves the proposed transfer, the only difference will 
be the insurer, which changes from Guardrisk Life Limited to Capitec Life Limited.
Capitec Life Limited is a public company and a licensed life insurer which forms part 
of the Capitec group of companies.
