Capitec Flexi Voucher Can be used at any participating retailer excluding OTT and Blu
Retailer-specific voucher Can only be used at the specified retailer
Online voucher Can be used at any participating online partner
Capitec Top Up Voucher Can be used with any prepaid mobile network operator

Blu Voucher and OTT Voucher are single-use prepaid vouchers that can be used to pay, deposit, or top up your accounts with any participating online partner.
Online vouchers offer peace of mind as there's no need to enter your bank card details, making online transactions safer for you.
Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged
Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, and can only be redeemed while valid. The expiry date cannot be extended. Any credit balance at the end of the 36 months will be forfeited
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no credit balance will be given as cash
The person who received the voucher is responsible for it. If the voucher code is lost or stolen, Capitec will not be held responsible for any loss suffered, whether the code was redeemed or not
The Capitec client who buys the voucher has the ability to view the voucher wiCode
The misuse of a voucher will be determined at Capitec’s sole discretion
